The Bible Distribution Project started in 2012 when Kinyarwanda Study Bibles were given to local pastors through the support of Rwanda Challenge. Later, in 2017, the project expanded with partnership and support from Living in Christ Ministries, and additional Kinyarwanda Study Bibles were distributed in local communities. At this time, Bibles have been distributed in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Burundi, as well as Kenya. The Kinyarwanda Study Bible is the most powerful tool to prepare church leaders and to expand their understanding of the Bible. Most of these pastors do not have formal Bible training, thus making the impact of the Bible distribution project truly important. To date, more than three thousands Bibles have been distributed, and this task will continue.
